RAT TRAPPING: Of course a big part of what we do - rat trapping. We do not use poisons, which will not solve your problem - they will often make it worse. We have extensive experience in rat trapping and an understanding of rat behavior. We set many traps, all on the exact runways used by the rats in the attic - they run the same pathways over and over. Our method ensures that we get ALL of the rats in the attic, often within just the first day. We remove the trapped rats before they cause any odor problems, and we monitor until all are gone. Only when none more are caught are we done.

HOME INSPECTIONS & REPAIRS: This is the most crucial step in a rat control program for a home or building. The rats are getting inside your house. Where? It could be many areas, from ground level gaps, vents, eave gaps, plumbing stacks, and more. We know all of the areas that rats can and do use, and the telltale signs. We seal up your house and make it completely 100% rat-proof. We seal with steel, so that new rats can't chew their way in. Once your home is locked tight, we trap and remove the rats and the problem is solved for good. We guarantee our work.

ATTIC CLEANUP AND DECON: Rats leave an attic full of droppings and even parasites. They also leave behind a strong pheromone scent in their urine and fur oils. This scent attracts new rats and other wildlife to your home and attic. After we get rid of all of your rats, we clean up the mess and odor that they've left behind. We kill the parasites and pathogens, eliminating the health risk. We also deodorize the attic. We use a special enzyme-based cleaner that destroys all organic matter, such as poop, urine, and grease. DEAD RAT REMOVAL: This is a common service that we provide. Not when doing a rat project - then of course we remove all trapped rats. But when you notice a terrible smell in your house or building one day. It could be any of a number of dead animals, but rats are the most common. Rats don't live long, and they often die inside a building. The most common cause is poison. If you or some ignorant pest control company set out poison, get ready for dead rats and a horrible odor. It could be anywhere, and is often down a wall. We are experts at locating and removing dead rats, and providing odor abatement.

Orlando rat exterminator specializes in rodent control, but also performs other wildlife removal services. I primarily remove animals from attics of homes. This can include not only rats, but other Orlando rodents, such as mice. There isn't as much Orlando mouse extermination as there are rats, but mice do exist in FL. I also remove Orlando squirrels and Orlando raccoon from attics with the same care and expertise as I use for rats - find the entry holes, seal them shut, trap and remove the animals.
